- 1. How do I contact Peterson's if I need help?

2. How do I get Adobe® Acrobat®?
A link to download a free copy of Adobe® Acrobat Reader® is
located at the bottom of the Services screen. Click on the link
and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, contact
Peterson's Client Relations.
3. What items are displayed in my services list?
The Services screen will list all the services that have been
purchased by your institution for which you are the point of contact for providing the content.
Once a service is cancelled it is removed from the list. The icons displayed to the right
of the item description correspond to the type of service that you have purchased, e.g.
Manuscript in Microsoft® Word Format, Manuscript in PDF format, Link Manager, School Spotlight, and Service Agreement.
4. What will I see when I re-subscribe to a service?
When you re-subscribe to a service, an entry for that serviceincluding order number, description,
and corresponding icon(s)will be added to your list of services on the Services screen. Previous orders appear under service history.
5. How do edit my manuscript?
- You can edit your manuscript using Microsoft Word. Download your manuscript in Microsoft® Word format by Clicking on the Word icon in the Manuscript MS Word column of the appropriate item. Click Save to Disk to save a copy of the manuscript to your computer. Use Microsoft Word to make changes
directly on to your manuscript and then email the edited document to:
