Doctoral Degree Requirements	Goal statement, 3-5 page (APA 6th Ed.) Writing Sample Defining a Specific Issue or Problem in Nursing Practices, current resume/CV, verification of MSN Clinical Hours, completed MSN or MPH, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
